By using this website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not place an order through the website.

“We”, “us” and “our” refer to Sampath Shoe Palace, located at No. 52, Kadaweediya, Thalawa, Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka. “You” refers to the website visitor or customer.

We try to present product descriptions, colours, sizes, images and availability accurately. Screen settings and photography can affect colour appearance, and minor packaging or manufacturing differences may occur. Please contact us before ordering if a detail is important to your purchase.

Website prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, discounts and the final total are shown before the order is submitted. Offers may have limited stock or a stated validity period and cannot be combined unless we expressly say so.

If a genuine pricing or listing error is discovered, we may contact you to confirm the corrected details or cancel the affected item. We will not substitute a higher price without your agreement.

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm that it can be fulfilled. Stock may change before final confirmation, and we may contact you about an unavailable item, alternative product or revised delivery arrangement.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details. We may decline or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, duplicated, unlawful, commercially unreasonable or impossible to deliver.

Customer website orders currently support Cash on Delivery. If card or online payment is made available, it will be processed by the payment method or approved payment provider shown at checkout. Payment must be made as agreed when the order is delivered or submitted. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by location, weather, courier operations, public holidays and events outside our reasonable control.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel. Failed delivery or repeated refusal may result in reasonable re-delivery or return charges before a future order is accepted.

Contact us promptly to request cancellation. Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

You must not:

• Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
• Attempt to bypass security, access restricted systems or interfere with service.
• Submit false identity, delivery or order information.
• Copy, scrape or commercially reuse website content without permission.

The website design, store branding, original text, graphics and other original content belong to us or are used with permission. Product names and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners. No licence is granted except the limited right to browse and use the website for personal shopping.

We aim to keep the website accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. We do not exclude liability or customer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern fairly. You retain the right to use any remedy available under applicable law.

We may update these terms when our services, operations or legal obligations change. The latest version and revision date will appear on this page and apply to future website use and orders.
